Specializing in both quantitative and qualitative modes of research, Blunt provides web research services that help identify key visitor groups, distil core KPIs, and improve the overall visitor experience. Blunt takes care of designing, instrumenting, and calibrating all necessary voice of customer and web analytics research tools. We stress visitor segmentation. No two visitors are exactly alike, but visitor segmentation, along behavioral or attitudinal lines, can go a long way towards helping you identify your key visitor personas. Finally, we make sure that your goal and KPI baskets are aligned with your desired website outcomes.
